Don’t bother! Bought the stick on labels and none survived the first wash. Expensive and inadequate. Will revert to a sharpie and handwritten!

Received sticky labels today and very disappointed with quality also difficult to take individual labels from sheet over 20 of the 60 labels stuck together. My advice "do not buy sticky labels and best of all DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY" and finally the price I paid was expensive for what I received, never again will i use this company.

We've used this Company twice in the last few months, ordering labels for my Father-in-law, who has recently moved into a Care Home.
They've been efficient and reliable on both occasions and we've received the order in a few days.

These don’t last! In two weeks I have now had to redo all my boys clothes as the labels don’t last! Paid for express delivery too which took ages! Avoid!!

The customer service is absolutely horrendous. Verging on outrageous. I have never experienced anything like it. It was almost comical it is so bad but not funny as I knew I wasn't going to get what I wanted even though I had paid way above the odds. I should have known when there was no phone number to contact that something was not right.

Terrible. Haven’t received my order. When contacted they said they would look into it and haven’t heard since. Very disappointing.

Terrible service. They sent me the wrong spelling 3 times even though i spelt it correct. Ordered express delivery which was not express delivery. Terrible customer service how can you spell the name incorrect 3 times??? Avoid company at all costs not worth it!!!!

The labels were received promptly, but alas the iron on labels do not stick at all. We had to resort to a pen.

I paid for express delivery which is meant to be next day despatch. My order wasn’t despatched until 3 days later. When I questioned it they just fobbed me off with template apology emails (which they obviously send a lot of!) they even sent exactly the same email twice, completely ignoring my points! Would not recommend if you want your labels quickly! And terrible customer service. Will not be using again.

Labels not received 2 weeks after ordering. Emailed, no response. Called, rang and timed out. I’ll be raising a dispute with my bank to get my money back.

Brydie Parkes was brilliant - excellent customer service! I had to amend my order and she did this right away and got it sent out. The really nice thing she did, was send it out at no extra charge as a gesture of goodwill - thank you so much Brydie! You the best!!!!!!

Quick service and the 'Made in the UK' labels are of good quality. The wide woven labels are of poor quality and I will not be coming back for these.

Pretty sure this company is a thief who passes on other people's work as their own. I spoke to them and only them for some small business labels, I was sent a sample pack which included Madagascar dreamworks, boohoo, a clockwork orange(movie) etc I examined it and thought OK. Then I received another sample pack from another company and it looked familiar, so I had the them side by side unmixed and GUESS WHAT?? exactly same labels inside. Even the plastic bag it came in was the same.
So I called to find out which labels exactly did they make, the guy blatantly denied sending the labels even though they were the only company I approached.
I'd be weary of trusting this company as its clear they probably purchase some generic labels and pass on as their own especially as people are complaining of quality. I am 100% sure they didn't make the labels from the sample pack they sent me.

Labels of abysmal quality - when tried to escalate complaint they weren’t interested - poor customer service - would never use again

Woven print made some very good labels for me and I was very happy with the product.But they let them self's down when it came to the care labels.They made an error in the wash temperature symbol it should have read 30 degrees but was unreadable and could have very easily been mistaken for 80 degrees witch would completely ruin the garment. When I pointed this out to them, the best they could offer me was re printing the labels at my own cost ,they refused to take any responsibility for the error and told me it was my fault as I approved the image that they sent me.The image they sent me was fine I could clearly see the 30 degree marking witch is why I approved it ,but when the labels came it was obvious that the symbol was unreadable.I have wasted a lot of time and money with this company and now have a 1000 labels that are of no use to me what so ever.
